I think that it is more effective to use search engines than invisible web, meta-search or subject directory. The invisible web only gives a total of two links related to my search results. Even though the two links were quite related to my research topic, Google gives more related search results than the invisible web. I would be able to add in more information to my project using Google than the invisible web. I would say that invisible web is also quite reliable because the search results shown were related to what I am trying to find.
I might have the chance to use invisible web when my Diploma officially starts. I would say that invisible web is fairly useful in finding the information that I want. However I feel that Google is better because it gives more links relevant to my research topic. Thus in my diploma, I will use Google search engine first, and if I could not find any information or if there is not enough information, I will use the invisible web to find my related topic.
